Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-08-22
This policy explains what personal data the operator ("we", "us") collects when you take one of our quizzes, buy a plan, or use the this app app on the web or on a mobile device, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
The data controller is Venith Emmerce LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, operating the the operator brand. You can reach us at .
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, a random account identifier, and the sign-in codes or links we send you. We do not store passwords.
- Quiz answers: the answers you give in the quiz (for example your goals, activity level, sleep, habits, and the name you enter), which we use to personalise your plan.
- Plan and activity data: which sessions you complete, feedback you give, your streak and progress, reminder preferences, and your timezone.
- Optional health and wellness data, only if you turn the feature on and give consent: water intake, weight, fasting windows, step counts, cycle tracking, and food you log. Each of these has its own consent that you can withdraw at any time in the app.
- Payment data: when you buy a plan, our payment processor Stripe collects your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number; we store the plan you bought, the subscription status, and Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers.
- Device and usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages and screens viewed, and product events (for example "session completed"), plus a push-notification token if you enable notifications.
- Assistant messages: if the app offers an in-app assistant and you use it, the messages you send are processed to generate a reply.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email.
2. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To provide the service you bought: build and deliver your personalised plan, keep your progress, send your welcome and sign-in emails, and manage your subscription (performance of a contract).
- To send reminders and progress summaries that you can switch off in the app (our legitimate interest in helping you stay consistent, and your settings).
- To process optional health and wellness data (your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To measure and improve the product, fix problems, and keep it secure (legitimate interest).
- To measure advertising on the quiz, where we use it (consent where the law requires it).
- To comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law (legal obligation).
3. Health data
this app is a fitness and wellness product, not a medical service. Health-related features are optional. We only process health and wellness data that you choose to enter, after you have given consent for that specific feature, and we use it only to show it back to you and to personalise your plan. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers.
You can withdraw a consent at any time in the app's settings; the feature then stops, and you can delete the related entries or your whole account.
4. Who we share data with
We use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions and under data-processing agreements:
- Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU) - stores your account and plan data and sends sign-in codes and links.
- Stripe (payments) - processes your payment and subscription. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the card data it collects.
- Resend (transactional email) - delivers our emails to you.
- Vercel (hosting) - runs the website and app.
- PostHog (product analytics) - receives pseudonymous product events so we can understand how the product is used.
- An AI model provider - receives your quiz answers to generate your plan preview and, if you use the in-app assistant, the messages you send it. We do not send your email address or payment data to the AI provider.
- Meta (advertising measurement) - on the quiz only, where enabled, to measure whether our ads led to a sign-up or purchase. Identifiers such as your email are hashed before they are shared for this purpose.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our rights and our users.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, and on the provider's security commitments.
6. How long we keep data
- Account, quiz, plan, and activity data: for as long as your account exists, then deleted.
- Optional health and wellness data: until you delete the entries, withdraw the consent, or delete your account.
- Quiz leads that never create an account: deleted or anonymised after 12 months.
- Payment and invoice records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 5 to 10 years), in a form that no longer links to your app account.
- Server logs and analytics: up to 12 months, pseudonymised.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app, or - without installing or opening the app - from the "Delete account" page on this website, which emails you a confirmation link. Deletion removes your account, quiz answers, plan, progress, and any health and wellness entries. An active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion. Records we must keep for legal reasons (see above) are retained without a link to your account.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and you can withdraw a consent at any time. Email and we will answer within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising; you have the rights to know, delete, and correct your data, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
9. Notifications and emails
We send service emails (sign-in, receipts, important account notices) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account. Reminder and progress emails and push notifications can be turned off in the app at any time.
10. Children
this app is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers, access is limited to what is needed to run the service, sign-in uses one-time codes and links rather than passwords, and notifications from our providers are verified before we act on them. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
12. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email.
