Terms of Service

1. The Service

Pawly K9 Training provides personalised wellness and movement plans, guided sessions, progress tracking, and related content. Your plan is built from your quiz answers and adjusts as you use the app. Content may change over time as we add, update, or retire sessions.

2. Not medical advice

The Service is for general fitness and wellbeing. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or qualified professional. Consult a professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury or health condition, or take medication. Stop immediately and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You exercise at your own risk.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email; keep access to that email secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

• Prices, the introductory price for your first billing period, the renewal price, and the billing interval are shown before you pay and again in your receipt.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the renewal price shown, until you cancel.
• Trial plans: a trial is billed at the trial price for its first period and then continues automatically on the standard plan named next to it, at that plan's price and interval, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the amounts described.
• Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout or included in the price as indicated there.
• We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Account page in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.

6. Refunds

Charges are non-refundable except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it.

7. Acceptable use

Do not copy, record, redistribute, or resell our content; do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; do not use it for anything unlawful or to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Our content and your content

All sessions, videos, images, text, and software in the Service belong to Pawly or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while you have access. Anything you submit (for example feedback or assistant messages) stays yours; you give us permission to use it to run and improve the Service.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund any prepaid period you cannot use.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including optional health and wellness data, and forms part of these terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms; if the breach is not yours, we refund any unused prepaid period.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Before starting any formal dispute, contact us at so we can try to resolve it. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will post the new version with its effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new terms.
